Stress

Stress is a physical, mental or emotional factor which causes bodily or mental tension. Otherwise a condition or emotion felt when a person perceives their responsibilities and demands outweigh the resources they possess to complete them. The demands and responsibilities are made up of social, financial, and other situational pressures. While stress can be motivator or survival mechanism, too many stressors too frequently can damage ones' mental and physical well-being.
